MarShield™ lead wool blankets are made in several standard sizes, using the highest quality materials available. Dimensions shown are for the size of the lead “cake”. The stitched and grommeted border is additional.

Premium quality lead to AA-C-40 Type II Grade C is oriented and machine compacted to the required density for consistent attenuation.
|
|
Inner covers are fabricated from our nuclear grade and ANI approved Pacifitex 10 oz. material.
|
|
The lead cake is “quilted” to the inner cover to ensure no shifting of the lead occurs when the blankets are draped or hung.
|
|
The periphery is glued, double stitched and features #5 brass grommets spaced as required.

Lead Vinyl Curtains
MarShield™ lead vinyl curtains are made using durable nylon coverings and sized to your exact specifications. Curtains are easy to hang, and since they can be pushed open when not in use, they allow easy access for both the patient and the technician in even the most cramped X-ray Room settings.
Lead equivalencies can be matched to meet your requirements.
Generally, lead equivalencies in a curtain range from 0.25mm to 1.0mm, however, MarShield™ can manufacture to your exact specifications!
Velcro, buckles or straps can be added to enable linking with additional curtains and ensure that curtains are secure. Pockets, screening, logos and embroidery are also available.
